This guide explains how to pay for your order at Intex Pharma. Payment is straightforward. After you place your order, our team sends your payment details directly to your phone or email from sales@intexpharmaresearch.uk, usually within minutes. You then complete payment using one of the methods below, and your order is despatched as soon as payment is confirmed.
A minimum order value of £100 applies to all orders. To qualify for same-day despatch, payment must be completed before our 2:00 PM GMT working-day cut-off.
Payment Methods We Accept
We accept two payment methods: UK bank transfer and Bitcoin. Each is explained below. If you are unsure which suits you best, contact us at sales@intexpharmaresearch.uk and we will guide you.
1. UK Bank Transfer
UK bank transfer is the most direct option for customers paying from a UK bank account. After you place your order, we send the bank details to your email or phone from sales@intexpharmaresearch.uk.
How to Pay by UK Bank Transfer
Place your order on the website and wait for our confirmation message containing the bank details. Log in to your online banking or visit your branch. Set up a transfer to the account details exactly as provided. Include any reference number we give you so we can match the payment to your order. Complete the transfer and keep your confirmation. Reply to our message to let us know payment has been sent, and we will confirm receipt and despatch your order.
Most UK bank transfers using Faster Payments arrive within minutes, allowing same-day despatch when paid before the 2:00 PM cut-off.
2. Bitcoin
Bitcoin is our most private and globally accessible payment method, and it works from anywhere in the world. If you have never used Bitcoin before, the steps below walk you through the entire process using the free Bitcoin.com Wallet app. After you place your order, we send you a Bitcoin payment address (and the exact amount to send) to your email or phone from sales@intexpharmaresearch.uk.
Step 1: Download the Bitcoin.com Wallet App
On your phone, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Bitcoin.com Wallet”. Download and install the official app published by Bitcoin.com. It is free. Open the app once installed.
Step 2: Create Your Wallet
Open the app and follow the prompts to create a new wallet. The app will generate a recovery phrase, a list of words that is the only way to restore your wallet if you lose your phone. Write this phrase down on paper and store it somewhere safe and private. Never share it with anyone. Once your wallet is set up, you will have a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet ready to use.
Step 3: Buy Bitcoin
Inside the app, tap the “Buy” button. Select Bitcoin (BTC) as the currency you want to buy. Enter the amount in pounds sterling, making sure it covers the order total we sent you plus a small margin for the network fee. Follow the prompts to pay using your debit card, credit card, or linked bank account. The Bitcoin will appear in your wallet balance once the purchase is processed, which usually takes only a few minutes.
Step 4: Send Bitcoin to Complete Your Order
Once your Bitcoin has arrived in your wallet, tap “Send”. You will be asked for the recipient’s Bitcoin address. Carefully copy and paste the exact Bitcoin address we provided in your payment message. Bitcoin addresses are long strings of letters and numbers, so always copy and paste rather than typing by hand. Enter the exact amount of Bitcoin we asked you to send. Review the details once more to confirm the address and amount are correct, then confirm and send.
Step 5: Confirm With Us
After sending, reply to our payment message to let us know the Bitcoin has been sent. Bitcoin transactions are confirmed on the network within a short time. Once we see the payment confirmed, we despatch your order and email your tracking number automatically.
Bitcoin Tips
Always copy and paste the Bitcoin address rather than typing it, as a single wrong character will send the payment to the wrong place. Send the exact amount we specify so your payment matches your order. Account for the small network fee when buying, so your wallet has enough to cover both the order and the fee. If you are unsure at any stage, contact us before sending and we will help.
After You Pay
Once your payment is confirmed by either method, your order moves straight to despatch. If payment is completed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day, your order ships the same day via Royal Mail Tracked. UK orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days, international orders within 7 to 14 working days. A tracking number is emailed automatically at the moment of despatch.
